Booking

Check our Diary to find out what’s on when, and book your tickets in one of three ways.

Tickets can be booked online until 12:00 noon the day before the performance, after this please call the box office on 020 7645 0560.

Theatres:

The Unicorn Theatre building has two theatre spaces inside it. The Weston Theatre is our biggest theatre, and holds about 300 people. The Clore Theatre is a smaller space which can seat up to 120 people.

Unreserved Seating:

All seating in both theatre spaces is unreserved, which means you can sit anywhere you like. Most seats in the theatre have a good view as it is designed specifically for children, however, on occasion depending on how the stage is set up, there may be restricted view seats. Please check with Box Office at time of booking.

Age Guidance:

Age ranges are provided as a guide and we ask you to consider whether a show is suitable for your children. Those under 12 cannot come to watch a show without a responsible adult with them at all times.

Reservations:

We will hold reservations for 4 working days only. Tickets allocated less than 4 days before the performance must be paid for at time of booking.

Concessions:

Concessions are available to people under 16, unemployed, people on benefits, senior citizens and Equity, Musicians Union, and BECTU members.
Disabled patrons can bring one companion with them for free.
Southwark Residents are entitled to half price tickets for the first fortnight of Unicorn's own shows - please contact the Box Office on 020 7645 0560 for details.

Refunds:

No refunds are given unless a performance is cancelled.

Exchanges:

Tickets can be exchanged for another performance in the same production subject to availability and at the discretion of the Box Office. To provide this service we require you to return the original tickets to us at least 48 hours before the performance.

Resales:

Tickets received less than 48 hours before the performance will only be offered for resale once all other tickets have been sold.

Payment:

We accept all major credit cards excluding American Express.
Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Unicorn Theatre.
Theatre Tokens are available.

Postage:

Customers booking via email will have the tickets posted to them unless booking less than 48 hours in advance of a performance. This also applies to telephone bookers. We do not post abroad at this time and only keep tickets for collection that are booked within 48 hours of a performance, all other tickets are posted out unless booked in person.
