Age Guidance:
Age ranges are provided as a guide and we ask you to consider whether a show is suitable for your children. Children cannot come to the theatre or watch a show without a responsible adult present at all times.
Babies:
Although baby-changing facilities and pushchair storage are available, please note that babies and children under four years old cannot be admitted to either theatre.
Adapted Performances:
Unicorn productions will have British Sign Language interpreted performances, Captioned performances and Audio Described performances. Touch tours are run before each Audio Described performance - please book for these at the same time as booking your tickets for the show.
There are spaces for wheelchair users in the Weston Theatre, with associated seats for companions. The number of spaces for wheelchair users in the River Theatre varies from production to production, depending upon the layout of the seating. Separate accessible toilets and lift access to all floors are available.
We are committed to making Unicorn Theatre accessible to everyone. If you have any further access requirements, please let us know when you book your tickets.
Audio Enhancement:
There is an Infra Red Sennheiser system in both theatres. There are induction loops at the Box Office, Frizzante Café and the Stage Door. At least one person from the Front of House team will be wearing a portable induction loop at all times.
Assistance Dogs:
Assistance dogs can be taken into both theatres and can be cared for during the performances. Please inform the Box Office when you book your tickets if you decide to bring your assistance dog to the theatre.
