Following its rapturous reception last year, Hood in the Wood returns to the Unicorn Theatre, alongside Tangere Arts new production A Tasty Tale.

Granny’s house is deep in the middle of the woods and it’s much more exciting than mother’s place. But little does ‘Little Red’ know about the dangers lurking in the woods, the darkness, the creatures of the night and worst of all the big bad wolf.

Tangere Arts return following their sell out show last year, with their dynamic and energetic retelling of the classic tale of Little Red Riding Hood. Full of scary and unexpected twists the story is brilliantly performed by a skilful storytelling duo, Gary will have you shrieking in delighted terror as he transforms into different guises and Lewis uses his collection of curious and unique instruments to create a live atmospheric soundscape.

The plays are followed by an interactive workshop, so stay behind and join in!

“Gary single handedly produces a compelling cast - accompanied by Lewis and his battery of unorthodox instruments” Time Out, Critics Choice 2006

 For ages 7+
