A Chris Goode & Company and Unicorn production
A REVELATORY VERBATIM SHOW FOR ADULTS, ABOUT CHILDREN.
- Written and directed by Chris Goode
- Dialogues originated by Karl James
- Designed by Naomi Dawson
- Lighting Design by Colin Grenfell
Award-winning writer Chris Goode asked thirty 8–10 year olds to talk about their lives, their thoughts, their world. In Monkey Bars their words are spoken by adults. Not adults playing children, but adults playing adults, in adult situations.
This funny, touching and endlessly surprising show was first performed at Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2012 and has since had two sell-out runs at the Unicorn.
