Mon to Sat: 10am to 6pm (or an hour before the first performance)
Sun: 10am to 3pm
We don’t charge booking fees but do kindly ask for donations.
Tickets will be sent as an e-ticket to the email address you use when purchasing. Simply show them, on your phone, to a member of our team when you arrive at the theatre. We encourage all our audience to avoid printing these out where possible to save on paper.
Unicorn Theatre Gift Vouchers
are the perfect present! They're valid for 12 months from the date of
purchase, and can be used on any of fantastic shows for ages 6 months up
to 13 years.
You can purchase Gift Vouchers online and we’ll send an email with the voucher details to the recipient.
We have reserved seating so that you can select your own seat online or by phone. Reserved seating is not in place for performances in school hours during term time in the Weston Theatre.
Refunds and Exchanges
We only offer refunds where we have had to cancel a performance.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised programme, casting or schedule at any time and without advance notice. Please ensure the Box Office has your correct contact details.
You can amend your booking up to 1 hour before the performance, and an exchange fee of £1.50 per order will apply. You can exchange to a different performance or show within the same season (1 Aug – 31 Jul), at the direction of the Box Office and subject to availability. If the ticket prices are higher than your original purchase, extra costs will be charged.
Schools & Groups - exchange policies
Amends and exchanges to group bookings (of 10 or more tickets) can only be made up to seven days before the performance date. No exchange fee will be charged.
For school bookings, cancellations and amendments can only be made up to 8 weeks before the performance date. No exchange fee will be charged.
