Accessibility

We’re proud of the accessibility of our building; lifts serve each floor front and back of house, and from there access is level to all spaces.

London Bridge Station is a 5 minute walk away and has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, and all platforms are now served by lifts. London Bridge Underground is at the interchange of the Jubilee Line, largely step-free, and the Northern Line.

REHEARSE AT THE UNICORN

With 3 light and airy studio spaces that are fully accessible and in a brilliant location, the Unicorn is a great place to rehearse.

Our Dench and Foyle studios are ideal for all types of rehearsals and our John Lyon Room is perfect for rehearsed readings. We have a keyboard and sound system available should you need them.

We’re a 5 minute walk from London Bridge Station (Northern Line and Jubilee Line) and there’s lots of places on our doorstep for refreshments and lunch. You’re welcome to use our Green Room and kitchen facilities, and in warmer weather Potters Field (behind us) looks out onto the river and Tower Bridge, making it a great spot for lunch.

Due to the current pandemic, there may be some limits when hiring our spaces including available dates and hours, the number of people per room and catering options.


Our spaces

With two theatre spaces, two rehearsal rooms, and an informal meeting space, the Unicorn offers a wide range of possibilities for your event.

Each auditorium works to a high level technical specification, and our public spaces and rehearsal rooms are characterised by an airy feel, high ceilings, huge windows and a utilitarian design.

Our large and airy foyer is a perfect space to greet your guests, or hold a drinks reception following your event.
