Next Day

Presented by LIFT and the Unicorn

SEE LIFE FROM ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE.

  • By Philippe Quesne and CAMPO

Following sell-out performances at LIFT 2012, ground-breaking Belgian theatre company CAMPO are back with a new show that continues their exploration into the world from a child’s point of view.

Next Day is a moving and honest account of how young people really think and feel. Thirteen performers aged 8 – 11 explore the everyday rituals of normal life, which become extraordinary, absurd and provocative through the microscopic lens of Paris-based director Philippe Quesne. This is an invitation to share a glimpse into the adult world as it is experienced by these young minds.

Next Day follows on from CAMPO’s highly regarded trilogy of theatre work with children: üBUNG by Josse De Pauw, That Night Follows Day by Tim Etchells and Before Your Very Eyes by Gob Squad.

Performed in Dutch with English surtitles.
