SPONSOR TEAM UNICORN IN THE STANDARD CHARTERED CITY RACE!
We have created an inspiring running team to take on the Standard Chartered City Race on the 24 July.
Actor Julian Rhind-Tutt will join a team of runners: 6 runners from our sponsors PwC, Unicorn Parent Ambassador Georgette Purdey, Usher DJ Hassan and General Manager Luisa Hinchliff. Our target is to raise £30,000.
For the past 70 years, the Unicorn has been seeking out great artists, writers and directors to create theatre that is thought-provoking, inspiring and that opens minds and imaginations. But behind the scenes, we work hard to make theatre accessible to the widest possible community.
Each year, over 10% of our tickets are part and fully subsidised for thousands of young people and their families. Bespoke projects work with excluded, vulnerable and under-represented groups from our communities: young mums, refugees, young carers, those with disabilities. We seek out schools who can’t afford to attend. We enrich visits through workshops and long-term partnerships. The impact can be life-changing.
As a registered charity, we need to raise £550,000 every year in addition to ticket sales in order to keep our doors open. Make this the year that you choose to support the Unicorn and help us touch the lives of even more children.
